What You’ll Be Doing
As a Community Healthcare Assistant, you’ll support people in their own homes—helping them stay safe, independent and connected.Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)Meal preparation and medication supportEncouraging independence through an outcome-focused approachCompanionship – making someone’s day brighterLight household tasksWorking alongside families, Social Workers, Nurses and other professionalsReporting changes and maintaining care records
