Senior Care Assistant — Compassionate Care Lead & Mentor

Avery Healthcare Group in Leicester is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Senior Care Assistant to join the South Lodge Care Home team. You will support the care team to deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.

Required are an NVQ 3 or equivalent, with at least two years’ experience in a similar care setting, plus strong communication and a flexible, caring approach to residents and colleagues.
