Kitchen Team Leader: Grow toward Head Chef (30h/wk)

Whitbread’s Premier Inn in Llandudno is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run day-to-day kitchen operations, including rotas, orders, and service leadership. You’ll partner with the Hotel Manager to ensure food quality and hygiene are audit-ready, building your path toward more senior kitchen roles.

With a hands-on leadership style, you’ll manage costs, train staff, and drive consistent meals from breakfast to pub classics, while upholding health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
