Senior Care Lead – Night Shifts (2 Nights/Week)

The Orchards Residential Home in Swindon is seeking a confident and caring Senior Care Assistant for two night shifts per week. You will lead and guide a team of carers while delivering hands-on care to vulnerable adults and ensuring safe, compassionate service.

Ideal candidates will have NVQ 3 or equivalent and an excellent level of English. Strong communication, initiative, and willingness to take on responsibility are essential for this role.
