Key responsibilities of our Breakfast Chef:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfasts to a consistently excellent standard
- Ensuring breakfast service runs smoothly, efficiently and with a smile (coffee helps!)
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and compliant with food hygiene standards
- Monitoring stock, checking deliveries and storing produce correctly
- Assisting with ordering and stock control
- Working closely with the wider kitchen brigade to maintain excellent food safety standards and environmental health scores
- Supporting the Head Chef and wider team with additional kitchen duties where required
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally preparing breakfast service
- Someone who enjoys early starts and knows that the best sunrises are often seen from a kitchen window
- A genuine passion for producing great food with attention to detail
- A positive team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Honesty, reliability and pride in everything you do
