Multi-Site Chef Manager & Training Lead

Impact Food Group is expanding its central support capability with a Chef Manager role covering Lincoln, Skegness, Hull, Grimsby & Boston. The post offers 45 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with a £35,000 salary and mileage reimbursement.

Duties include supporting site chefs, training teams, and facilitating new contract mobilisations. Candidates should have prior Chef Manager experience (preferably in education), a passion for food and service, and strong leadership and organisational skills.
