Mandarin Oriental Mayfair is seeking a Pastry Demi Chef De Partie to join our luxury culinary team. You will work on a rotating shift basis, 40 hours per week, with morning, evening, and night shifts including weekends and bank holidays.

You will be responsible for following designated menus, recipes and plating standards, preparing items efficiently and safely, and coordinating with other kitchen sections to ensure flawless guest service in a high‑end setting.
