Hospital Kitchen Cook – Patient Meals & Large-Scale Prep

The Cook at Maelor Hospital’s Catering Department (Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board) is responsible for preparing and cooking meals from base and raw ingredients, and for regenerating specialist meals and cook-freeze foods. You will work with Catering Supervisors to support staff and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment.

We welcome applicants with City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or equivalent qualifications plus Level 2 Food Hygiene.
