Essential Criteria:

• Must hold your own Level 2 Catering qualification.
• Ideally have experience of delivering training/workshops to groups of learners.
• Willingness to work towards PTLLS/AET – fully funded and supported by employer
• Must hold solid occupational competency within Catering/Hospitality.
• Must be IT Literate.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Duties include:

• Teach/assess learners working towards Catering qualifications up to Level 2 within a classroom-based environment.
• Ensure sessions are motivating,engaging and develop learners’skills knowledge and behaviours
• Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
• Provide advice and guidance to learnersrelating to decision making and progression.
• Embedding of Maths andEnglishinto sessions.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.

• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
• Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners
