Head Chef: Lead Multi-Outlet Catering (Mon–Fri 6:30–15:30)

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a hands-on Head Chef for MOD Abbey Wood in Bristol. The role leads BOH and FOH across multiple outlets, driving food quality, service excellence, and team performance in a large-scale catering operation.

You will manage menu planning, costing, and compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards, while overseeing procurement, stock, budgets, and staff rotas. A strong leadership background is essential.
