24/7 Control Room Technician – Real-Time Water Ops

South West Water, part of Pennon Group, is hiring a Control Room Technician for its Exeter site. You will monitor real-time operational data, support decisions to maintain service continuity, and communicate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role operates on a 24/7 rotating shift pattern (6 days on, 4 days off) with mornings, afternoons, and night blocks. A DBS check is required as part of onboarding.
