Head Chef – Care Home Dining & Nutrition Leader

Aurem Care is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team within our care home, coordinating all kitchen operations to deliver nutritious meals on time for residents. You will ensure menus, hygiene, health and safety standards, staffing, and waste management are followed, while developing staff and maintaining HACCP documentation.

Responsibilities include preparing balanced menus in line with budgets, consulting residents on dietary needs, and planning four‑weekly rotas.
