Head Chef | Lead a Fresh Hotel Kitchen

Alfa Holiday Group in Bournemouth is seeking a Head Chef to lead the hotel kitchen at The Norfolk Royale. You will manage a busy kitchen, oversee a team, and ensure the delivery of high quality meals for guests.

This role offers circa 45 hours per week, weekends and split shifts, with a salary of £40,000 per annum. You will be responsible for food safety, cost control, stock management, and ordering to maintain excellent standards.
