Parts Delivery Driver

• To deliver required parts to customer’s sites in a polite and courteous manner, ensuring full work uniform is worn at all times.
• To drive safely ensuring the Highway Code is followed at all times.
• To load the delivery vehicle in an order that matches the delivery sheet to be more efficient and in the safe correct way.
• To plan the route before leaving site to save fuel and be more efficient.
• To ensure customers sign for parts and are given all required paper work.
• To record mileage and fuel on a daily basis
• Maintain vehicles in a clean and safe condition, completing vehicle check sheet before leaving site.
• Contributing towards picking of parts orders ready for delivery.
• Attending stock check and contributing positively where needed.
• Work in line with policies and procedures designed to meet the requirements both quality and environmental standards.
• Engaging in and promoting the Chassis Cab/ DAF brand by means of making sure customers are aware of the latest promotions as well as delivering the latest promotional flyers with parts deliveries
