Mobile Head of Kitchen: Multi-Site School Catering Leader

Vertas is seeking a Mobile Head of Kitchen to lead catering operations across multiple sites in the Rushcliffe and Arnold area. This role is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 2:00pm, across 39.2 weeks per year.

You will oversee kitchen operations, ensure high standards of food quality and service, and travel between sites as required. You will supervise catering teams, monitor food safety and hygiene, manage stock, and maintain records.
