Job Description:
24-7 Staffing is currently recruiting for Class 1 Day Drivers for temporary ongoing work. Our client, a leading supply chain partner to blue-chip companies across every major industry, is based in Chippenham. This role involves:
- Driving Class 1 vehicles.
- Occasional overnight stays for day drivers.
- Ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transporting freight efficiently and safely.
- Adhering to all road safety regulations.
- Completing necessary paperwork and logs.
- Communicating effectively with the logistics team.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 1 driving license.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations.
- Good communication skills.
