Youth Support & Independence Worker

Depaul UK in Whitley Bay is seeking a Young People Support Worker on a part-time 28-hour week. The role involves providing practical, emotional, and goal-focused support to young people to help them move toward independent living.

You will manage a caseload, build trusted relationships and deliver person-centred plans, including transitions such as leaving care and accessing education, training or employment, under the Endeavour Model approach.
