Careline Control Operator – 24/7 Emergency Support

Derbyshire County Council’s Careline Service in Swadlincote provides 24/7 support to around 1000 residents and council tenants. A vacancy has arisen for Careline Control Operators who can listen, communicate clearly, and stay calm when assisting vulnerable clients over the phone.

The successful applicants will work 8.5 hour shifts as part of a 10-week rolling rota, with three shifts followed by ten rest days, or the reverse, and may be asked to cover other shifts at short notice.
