Mitie is seeking a Utilities Shift Team Leader in Ware to provide comprehensive engineering services on a 24-hour site-based shift. You will support the Utilities Shift Manager to maintain plant reliability, manage scheduled maintenance, and respond to critical alarms, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
You will lead your shift team, document work, issue permits, and coordinate with end users and the engineering department on progress, delays, and handover.
