Outdoor Retail Supervisor — Lead Service & 40-60% Discount

Cotswold Outdoor Group is seeking a Retail Supervisor for our Edinburgh store, working 30 hours per week on a rotating schedule including weekends. You will support a team to deliver great service and keep the store running smoothly, stepping in when the Store Manager is away.

Lead on the shop floor with boot fitting and gait analysis, mentor new colleagues, and manage opening/closing duties as a key holder. Appreciate the hands-on, customer-focused environment and energy you bring to the team.
