Support Worker — Empower Independence & Wellbeing

Autism Plus is seeking Support Workers for our Hull Supported Living Services to provide person-centred support to adults with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs. You will help individuals live as independently as possible, support goals, and engage in activities within their local community.

Full-time work with a 2-week rolling rota, including days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. A full, clean driving licence is desirable and training is provided.
