Meat Processing Operator — Lairage (Rotating Shifts)

Pilgrim’s Europe in Dungannon, Northern Ireland, is seeking a dedicated Process Operative Lairage for our Process 1 team A and team C. You will process products while maintaining hygiene, quality, and health and safety standards, working with colleagues to hit production KPIs.

Key duties include filleting, sealing, trimming, packing, and defect reporting; you will operate machinery safely and follow company policies.
