Job Description:
East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a motivated Community Technician to join our Community Nursing Team, covering Fakenham, Wells, Holt and Sheringham in the North Norfolk area. You will work with patients in their homes across a wide patch, supporting NHS services for local GP surgeries.
Responsibilities include collecting blood samples, ensuring correct patient identification, performing INR capillary sampling and conducting ECGs in line with policy and SOPs.
