Part-time Clerical Officer- Patient Records & Appointments

NHS Ayrshire & Arran is seeking a Clerical Officer at University Hospital Ayr on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. The role is 21.25 hours per week, with specific hours Monday and Tuesday 8.45am–5pm (45 min break) and Wednesday 8.45am–3.45pm (45 min break).

You will maintain and file patient records, enter data, support admissions, and manage appointment bookings using the electronic Patient Management System.
