What you will do:

  • Lead the team, providing supervision, mentoring, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Engage in high-quality, in-depth assessments with a smaller caseload, focusing on complex cases.
  • Act as a role model for best practice, sharing your expertise to uplift colleagues and students.
  • Liaise with multi-agency teams to ensure comprehensive support for children and young people.
  • Confidently lead improvements in practice and challenge existing processes where necessary.
