Key Social Care Worker & Shift Leader

NHS Ayrshire & Arran Seaforth House is seeking two full-time Social Care Workers to join our care home team in Liverpool.

You will act as a key worker, develop and review care plans, promote residents’ independence, support re-enablement, and be prepared to take temporary shift leadership to oversee the care home when required.

You will work in a person-centred way, ensure health and safety, and contribute to quality of life for service users through compassionate, professional care.
