Finance & Payroll Assistant

Our client in Inverness is seeking a Finance Assistant to join a well-established finance team. You will match, code and process purchase invoices and credit notes, handle supplier statements and ensure expenditure is recorded accurately.

You will also process timesheets, payroll data and client queries, support reporting and compliance with financial controls, and liaise with managers to obtain authorisation.
