HCRG Care Group is seeking a SCPHN School Nurse to join the School-Age Health & Wellbeing Service across Warwickshire. You will deliver preventative and targeted public health support to school-aged children and families, working with schools, families and partner agencies to improve health outcomes.
The role emphasises safeguarding, early intervention and staff development, with opportunities to mentor students, supervise colleagues and contribute to service development.
