Senior Care Assistant — Compassionate Team Leader

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Braintree Mews Care Home in Braintree. You will work with the care team to deliver high-quality personal care in a safe, inclusive environment, supporting residents, families, and staff daily.

You will hold an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care, with at least two years’ experience in a similar setting, and demonstrate strong communication skills. A DBS check will be required and eligibility to work in the UK must be shown.
