Prison Operational Support – Night Shifts & Benefits

The Ministry of Justice is seeking an Operational Support Grade to help run a busy prison. You will work a rolling shift pattern, including nights, evenings and weekends, averaging 37 hours per week.

The role involves patrols, gate duties, visitor supervision, deliveries, phone and CCTV oversight, and prisoner management. You will be part of a close-knit team, with shifts discussed at interview and a focus on maintaining secure and smooth daily operations.
