Compassionate Care Assistant – Complex Needs (Spinal Injury)

Sugarman Health and Wellbeing Limited in Bath is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support an active client with complex needs. The role involves 1:1 personal care, mobility assistance, and community outings, with training provided to ensure confidence in handling autonomic Dysreflexia and catheter care.

The position offers weekly PAYE or umbrella pay, regular hours (Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00 and Sat 8:30-12:00), and ongoing support from the office team and clinical staff.
