Job Description:
North Tyneside Carers’ Centre is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Carers Wellbeing Worker to support unpaid carers of someone with mental health needs and help them maintain wellbeing and achieve positive outcomes.
You will provide one-to-one support, advocacy, information and guidance, helping carers navigate health and social care systems, identify practical solutions and access services. You will also support wellbeing activities and training.
