Mental Health Recovery Worker — 24/7 Residential Support

BHT Sussex is seeking a Mental Health Recovery Worker to provide person-centred support at Sackville Gardens, Hove. The role involves helping clients develop life skills, manage daily living tasks, and work within a 24-hour residential service focused on recovery and independence.

The position includes a two-week rolling rota with weekend and sleep-in shifts. The service is rated outstanding by CQC, and the team emphasises compassionate, trauma-informed care to enable positive outcomes.
