Food Production Operator – 4-on/4-off Shifts & Career Growth

Valeo Foods UK is seeking a production operative to join our friendly team on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am). You’ll work alongside a dedicated team, with full training and induction provided.

The role focuses on producing high-quality products, maintaining clean production areas, and strictly following SOPs and food safety standards. Excellent attendance and reliability are essential, as is a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
