NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Support Worker (Primary Care) to support GP prescribing and medicines management. Based at Eastwood Health & Social Care Centre, Drumby Crescent, the role is full-time for 18 months, working 5 over 7 with standard NHS terms and conditions.
You will assist with prescription management, medicines reconciliation, liaise with GP practices and community pharmacists, and contribute to service improvement to promote safe, cost-effective care
