Capstone’s Project Management team are partnering with a rapidly growing specialist project management consultancy that delivers projects for some of the UK’s best-known brands across the hospitality, retail, leisure and food & beverage sectors.
Having experienced exceptional growth over recent years, the business is continuing to expand and is looking to appoint both a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to support its growing client portfolio.
This is an opportunity to join a genuinely client-focused consultancy that prides itself on taking ownership, finding solutions and delivering projects at pace.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing projects from feasibility through to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
Projects include:
- High-end retail fit-outs
- Hospitality refurbishments
- National rollout programmes
- Leisure developments
- Food & beverage projects
You’ll work closely with clients, consultants and contractors, taking ownership throughout the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver multiple projects from inception through to completion.
- Manage programmes, budgets and project reporting.
- Lead client, contractor and consultant meetings.
- Carry out feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Manage procurement and value engineering opportunities.
- Oversee project compliance and health & safety.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Mentor junior members of the team and contribute to business growth.
About You
You’ll ideally have:
- 5+ years’ project management experience.
- Consultancy or client-side project management experience.
- Experience delivering hospitality, retail or leisure projects.
- Exposure to high-end interior fit-outs and refurbishment schemes.
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a desire to take ownership.
