Salter Grange is partnering with a leading London main contractor to recruit a Senior Project Manager for a landmark c.£70m student accommodation development in North West London.

The scheme will deliver:

• 600 student bedrooms
• 2 RC frame towers up to 27 storeys
• Premium resident amenities
• Commercial space
• Completion scheduled for 2028

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a major high-rise project from early construction through to handover, working with one of London’s most established contractors.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience delivering £50m+ projects for a UK main contractor
• Strong RC frame and high-rise residential/PBSA experience
• Façade and internal fit-out delivery expertise
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
