- Adapting sessions to suit a range of health needs and abilities
- Building positive relationships with participants and referral partners
- Recording participant data and completing risk assessments
- Optionally creating video/podcast content for additional payment
What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 Physical Activity qualification (essential)
- CIMSPA registration or equivalent (desirable)
- Experience delivering movement/exercise to adults living with obesity
- Confidence running dynamic risk assessments
- Comfortable using virtual delivery platforms (e.g. Zoom)
- Welsh speaker (desirable, not essential)
- A friendly, non-judgemental, adaptable approach
Why join PCD:
- Competitive sessional pay
- CPD and development support
- Hybrid working, with genuine flexibility around when you deliver sessions
- Supportive, close-knit leadership team
- Real opportunity for career progression
Some early mornings, evenings, and Saturday mornings will be needed to fit around participants’ availability, and this can be discussed flexibly with you.
If you’re passionate about helping people move more, without judgement, and want to be part of a compassionate, well-supported team – we’d love to hear from you.
