We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation within the transport and logistics sector for an experienced Administrator to join a busy fleet operations team. Working as part of a supportive team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of fleet administration, gaining exposure to a variety of operational and compliance activities. This is an immediate start opportunity, and due to the nature of the role, applicants should have previous experience within the transport, logistics, fleet, vehicle maintenance, or a similar operational environment, and be available to start as soon as possible.

Skills & Experience
- Previous administration experience within transport, logistics, fleet, vehicle maintenance, engineering, or another fast-paced operational environment.
- Experience supporting a workshop, service, or maintenance function would be advantageous.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, with experience of fleet or maintenance management systems being beneficial.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A full UK driving licence is essential, as occasional vehicle movements may be required.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain vehicle compliance and service schedules using an internal fleet management system.
- Prepare workshop documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Process customer invoicing, raise purchase orders, receipt deliveries, and assist with parts and stock administration.
- Manage vehicle defect reports, coordinate repair bookings, and liaise with workshop staff to minimise vehicle downtime.
- Maintain accurate fleet records and support the day-to-day administration of workshop operations.
- Occasionally move vehicles between operational sites and external service providers as required.
