Duty Manager: Lead Shifts, Guest Care & Team

Whitbread’s Ramsgate Premier Inn is recruiting a Duty Manager to lead shifts across the hotel, supporting reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay.

This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week, pay up to £13.86 per hour, and a clear path to future progression to Hotel Manager. You’ll be on the floor, solving problems and guiding your team during busy periods.

No hotel experience is required; leadership ability in busy customer-facing environments is valued.
