Strategy Lead: Transformation & NHS Change (Hybrid)

London Ambulance Service is seeking a Strategy Lead to drive transformative change across programmes including winter planning and major partnerships such as Neighbourhood Health. You will work closely with clinicians, managers and staff to shape services, embed continuous improvement and deliver clear governance.

The role is hybrid with a minimum of three days in the office, offering exposure to pan‑London health system priorities and the opportunity to influence patient care at scale.
