Service Manager required in Colchester, Essex

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary + Bonus

Our client, a commercial vehicle dealership, is looking for an experienced Service Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of a workshop team, service and parts department, and dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure the efficient operation of both the workshop and service/parts department.
• Maximise the team’s profitability and meet and exceed all customer expectations.
• Develop relationships with manufacturer partners and customers through excellent management and communication skills.
• Maintain policies that continually improve customer satisfaction and the dealership’s reputation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Manager within the motor trade.
