Retail Deputy Manager — Lead, Coach & Drive Sales

The Works is seeking a Retail Deputy Manager in Husbands Bosworth on an 18 hour contract. You will support the Store Manager to lead the team, drive commercial performance, and maintain high operational standards.

You’ll help deliver exceptional service, keep shelves stocked, and ensure the store runs smoothly in the manager’s absence. You’ll coach staff, support recruitment and training, and lead health & safety, cash handling, and loss prevention.
