Lead, Community Fundraising – Scotland (Homebased)

Marie Curie in Scotland is seeking an experienced people leader to head a team of five Community Fundraisers. You’ll coach, develop and performance-manage the team to achieve ambitious income targets and deliver outstanding supporter experiences.

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you’ll translate regional strategies into day-to-day action, embed a high-performing culture, and build strong relationships with donors, volunteers and community partners across Scotland.
