Senior MEP Design & Technical Lead

Southern Housing is seeking a Senior Design & Technical Manager – Services to lead on MEP design oversight within our Design & Technical team. You will provide technical guidance across the department, from pre-inception through to the Defects Liability Period, ensuring robust design reviews and appropriate construction methods and materials.

Based in our Farrington office, the role offers hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. Some site visits may be required as needed.
