Defending professional negligence claims against contractors and construction professionals

Advising leading insurers, brokers and international construction and engineering firms
n
Supporting on insurance-related disputes and policy coverage matters
n
Working closely with ranked partners on high-value and high-profile matters
n
Building strong client relationships while developing your own market profile and network
n
What experience is required….
n
- n
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive circa 1–4 PQE
- Strong construction and engineering disputes background
- Professional negligence disputes experience
- Insurance or policy coverage experience, ideally
