Youll work alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of high-quality commercial litigation, gaining exposure to complex matters from day one while benefiting from excellent mentoring and structured career development. Youll assist and advise on a wide variety of commercial disputes, including: Breach of contract claims n Professional negligence claims n Commercial fraud matters n Injunctive relief applications n High Court litigation n Completed at least one Commercial Litigation seat during your training contract n A genuine interest in commercial dispute resolution n The Commercial Litigation team advises businesses, directors, shareholders and entrepreneurs on a broad range of commercial disputes, acting for clients across a variety of sectors.
