LEAD TECHNICIAN

Who are we? BELFOR is the global market leader in damage restoration, with over 40 locations and 1,100 employees in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Respond to jobs within contractual SLA’s.
• Deliver drying and fire restoration services to the highest standard, in line with BELFOR training.
• Project‑manage complex restoration works, coordinating with internal and external customers.
• Produce detailed RAMS, CDM CPP, and other safety documents as required by the BELFOR H&S and compliance department.
• Implement risk assessment controls and maintain a safe system of work throughout each contract.
• Act on non‑conformance and compliance issues within the agreed timeframes set by the Field Manager.
• Ensure all relevant information is shared and understood by all parties.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence.
• Industry experience or a similar background.
