The Role
As a part of the Front of House team, you are at the heartof the operation to ensure that every step in the guest journey is wellmanaged, and we exceed guest expectations. This position is responsible forproactive management of all hotel communications, administrative duties and provisionof outstanding guest service.
- Achievepositive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Acceptand deliver all messages correctly and promptly for both Guests andmanagement
- Ensureall wake up calls take place at the correct time
- Demonstrateknowledge of all hotel facilities and service and use up-sellingtechniques to promote these offerings when the appropriate
- Handleemergency calls immediately and relay comprehensive and accurateinformation, as required
- Demonstratea high level of customer service at all times
- Demonstratea knowledge of all hotel services, local attractions and landmarks in thehotel vicinity
