Social Worker Level 2 — Children with Disabilities (Hybrid)

Nottingham City Council is seeking a Children with Disabilities Social Worker Level 2 to support children and young people with disabilities and their families. You will assess needs, develop support plans, and work with families and partners to ensure timely, appropriate help.

The role requires 2–3 years post-qualification experience; experience with disabilities/SEND is preferred. We offer flexible hybrid working, professional development, and a supportive team environment in Nottingham.
